We maintain a strict daily schedule to ensure all pets receive their meals, playtime, and rest on time. Because of this, we are unable to make exceptions or adjustments to the posted check-in and check-out windows. We appreciate your cooperation!

What to Bring
All dogs must be on leash while on property, no exceptions.
You must provide:
Food
Any Medication (if need, pill pocket, cheese or hotdog for medication)
Your dog will be provided:
A Kuranda bed
Stainless steel bowls for food and water

When choosing items to bring for your pet’s stay we ask that you bring items you trust your pet to have while unsupervised.
Blankets (max. 2 per dog)
Safe dog toys (max. 3 per dog)
Bed (max. 1 per dog and must be able to washed)
Small Crate, if they normally sleep in one. The door will be removed or pinned open
Nyla bones
Prohibited Items:
Any personal clothing
Any item that cannot be washed
Rope toys and tennis balls
Any toys not intended to used as a dog toy

Policies
Please note, this is a highlighted list of our polices, you will find a detailed description of our polices in your online portal under agreements.

We require a copy of vaccinations showing Rabies, Distemper/Parvo and Bordetella from a State Licensed Veterinarian to be in our possession at least 5 days prior to using any of our services.
​
We want every dog's stay to be a healthy and happy one, which means managing the risk of communicable diseases is essential. For this reason, we have firm waiting periods after your pet has been exposed to other high-traffic pet settings. Please ensure your dog has not been in a veterinary environment for 5 days, another boarding facility for 14 days, or a shelter environment for 30 days prior to their arrival. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

We're happy to allow dogs who live full-time in the same household to share a suite for maximum comfort. However, for their safety, any dogs who show aggression toward one another while boarded will be immediately separated into individual suites. The owner will be responsible for the additional boarding charge incurred by the separation.

To prevent resource guarding and ensure every dog eats peacefully, we cannot board dogs in the same suite if they require separate feeding arrangements. This is a safety measure that protects all of our guests during mealtime.

Cancellations & Reservation Changes
​
You must cancel your boarding reservation at least 10 days prior to your check in time to receive a refund on your deposit. Less than 10 days and your deposit will be forfeited.
​
We operate like a hotel, and charges are per day. Check in during the morning results in a full day pay, check in during the afternoon you do not pay for that day. If you check out during our morning hours, you will not be charged for the last day. Check out is by 10 AM (M-F), 11 AM (Saturday), and afternoon departures result in a full day’s charge. (Be sure to observe our check in/out times).

​If you return early to check out your dog you will be charged for the remaining days of your current reservation.
​
Weekends, which are Saturday to Sunday stays, are a 2 day charge.
​
Holidays require a 2 day minimum charge for all suites.
